Use Claude with your Kuebix freight data
The Kuebix connector lets Claude quote freight rates and read your shipments, bills of lading and tracking directly, so logistics and finance can ask in plain language instead of opening Kuebix one shipment at a time.
What it does
- Rate quotes.Carrier quotes for a shipment before it exists in Kuebix, and current rates for one that's already there, across your shipping locations.
- Shipments.Any shipment's details: mode, origin and destination, pickup and delivery dates, carrier, PRO and PO numbers, line items, and the rate it was booked at.
- Tracking.Current status and the full tracking history, for one bill of lading or a whole batch at once.
- Documents and orders.Bills of lading, shipping labels and parcel labels, and order details by order number.
- Read-only.Claude can quote, look up and track. It can't book, change or cancel anything in Kuebix.

How access works
- Request access. Tell us your Claude plan and who on your team will use it, using the form below.
- Kuebix API credentials. Kuebix issues your company a username, an API key and a client ID for each shipping location. We tell you exactly what to ask Kuebix for.
- Add it to Claude. A Team or Enterprise Owner adds the connector once in Organization settings. Each person then connects and signs in with an account we set up for them. On Pro and Max, you add it yourself.
- We run it. We host and monitor the connector and update it when the Kuebix API changes.

Questions
Can I connect Kuebix to Claude?
Yes. Kuebix has no off-the-shelf Claude connector, so this is a custom one: Shannon Advisory built it, hosts it, and sets it up in your Claude workspace with you.
Is there a Kuebix MCP server?
This connector is one. It's a remote MCP server that reads Kuebix through its API, and Claude adds it through its custom connector setup.
How does Claude read shipment data from Kuebix?
Through the Kuebix API, with the credentials Kuebix issues your company. Claude asks the connector for a quote, a shipment, a bill of lading or tracking, and the connector asks Kuebix and returns the answer.
Which Claude plans does it work with?
Claude's Team and Enterprise plans, where an Owner adds it once for the organization and each person connects, and Pro and Max, where you add it yourself. It works wherever you use Claude, including the desktop app.
Can Claude book shipments through it?
No. The connector is read-only. Claude can quote rates and look up and track shipments, but booking, changing and canceling stay in Kuebix with your team.
