- Real client workEvery engagement is a Claude implementation for a small or midsize business. You set up the workflows and write the skills with the team. It's work that goes live.
- You ship things that matterThe firm is small. The path from a client call to a working system is short, and you're in it end to end.
- The firm pays for the examsFor each person we select, we pay for the first attempt at each Anthropic exam on their track. Recertification is free. The tracks are below.
- How selection worksYou apply and tell us what you've built. If there's a fit, we interview. We select people we expect to put on client engagements, because clients work with them directly.
Certification
Two tracks, each with its own credentials.
Each person we select works toward Anthropic's credentials on one of two tracks, matched to the work they'll do. We expect them to take on client engagements once they're certified.
- Adopt Setting up Claude and training client teams.
- Build Building connectors, apps and tools with Claude.
Each credential is valid for twelve months, and recertification is free. The people who hold them are on the team page.
