Partner Network

What the Claude Partner Network actually is.

Anthropic's program for the firms that implement Claude. This page covers what the network is, how the tiers work, what the public directory does and does not show, and where Shannon Advisory sits in it.

A program for the firms that implement Claude.

The Claude Partner Network is how Anthropic works with the firms that put Claude into production for customers. The Services Track recognizes partners for building a certified delivery team, deploying it with customers, and proving the work through public customer references. Partners advance through Select, Preferred, and Global Premier tiers.

Anthropic opened the program in March 2026. On June 3, 2026 it added the Services Track and the Partner Hub, and reported that more than 40,000 firms had applied since March and more than 10,000 people held a Claude certification.

Certification is individual. A person sits Anthropic's Claude Certified Architect exam and holds the credential on Credly under their own name. A firm's standing in the network is set by how many of those people it has, by what it has deployed for clients, and by what it can show in public.

Three tiers, measured on the same three things.

Every tier in the Services Track is set on the same three measures: active certified individuals, joint customers deployed in production, and public customer stories. The requirements rise from tier to tier; the measures do not change. Anthropic publishes the requirements in its program materials.

Registered
The entry level. Any firm can apply. Registered firms have access to the certification exams and the partner materials, and are not listed in the public directory.
Select
The first listed tier. A Select partner has a certified delivery team, has deployed Claude with customers in production, and has a public customer story.
Preferred
The second listed tier, with a larger certified team, more production deployments, and more public customer stories than Select.
Global Premier
Anthropic's top services tier, for firms with a large certified team and production deployments across several regions.

“Size doesn't lower the bar or raise the tier.”Anthropic, announcing the Services Track, June 3, 2026

A two-person practice and a global firm are measured against the same requirements. That is the point of the structure: a buyer can read a tier as a statement about what a firm has done, not about how large it is.

What the directory shows, and what it leaves out.

The Partner Hub directory is Anthropic's public list of partners at Select tier and above. Each listing carries the firm's tier, a description, and the services and industries it works in. Registered firms are not listed. As of September 22, 2026 the directory listed 88 partners.

A listing means the firm has met the requirements of its tier. It does not mean Anthropic has reviewed a particular engagement, and it does not tell you whether the firm is the right fit for a business your size. Those are still your calls to make, and the questions below help you make them.

How to check whether a firm is really in it.

Membership, tier, and certification are three different claims, and each can be checked. Four checks settle it in a few minutes.

01
Search the directory by name
Open the directory and search for the firm. If it appears, the listing shows the tier. If it does not appear, the firm is not at Select or above.
02
If the firm is not listed, ask which tier it holds
A firm that claims membership and does not appear may be a Registered member. That is a real status. Ask directly what the firm has deployed and who on its team is certified, and expect a direct answer.
03
Ask for the people, not the firm
Certifications belong to individuals and are public on Credly. Ask how many people at the firm hold the credential and for the verification link of each person who will work on your engagement. The credential is valid for twelve months, so check that it is current.
04
Ask for a named client with numbers
Listed partners have at least one public customer story, so a listed firm should have one to show you. Read it for figures the client stands behind. Our buyer's guide covers the rest of the questions worth asking.

A Select partner in the Services Track.

Shannon Advisory is a Select partner in the Claude Partner Network Services Track. As of October 2026, 15 people who work with Shannon Advisory hold the Claude Certified Architect credential, and the firm has three published case studies: IMRIS, Icelandic Glacial, and Lone Star Attorney Service.

The people are on the team page, each credential held under the person's own name on Credly. The firm, and the two co-founders every client works with, are on the About page. The listing is in Anthropic's Partner Hub directory under Shannon Advisory.
