Shannon Advisory
Shannon Advisory is a Claude implementation partner for small and midsize businesses.
We work with the people who run those businesses: leaders, operators, IT.
What we're for
Claude can already do the work. The hard part is making it fit how your business actually runs. That's our job, and Claude is the only AI we build with or train teams on.
John leads every client relationship. Ryan leads delivery. The people on our client engagements hold Anthropic's Claude certifications. The two things we do, setting up Claude and training your team and building with AI, each have a page.
The name
We're named for Claude Shannon, the mathematician who founded information theory. He showed that noise is something you can design around. We treat working with Claude the same way: a thing you can learn and get steadily better at.
