Shannon Advisory is a Claude implementation consultancy for small and midsize businesses.
We work with the people who run those businesses: leaders, operators, IT. Turning Claude from a tool people occasionally try into a system the business runs on.
We help businesses move from experimenting with Claude to running on it. That means three things in practice: figure out where Claude has the most leverage for your business, build the workflows so they actually work in your context, and transfer the capability to your team so the implementation outlives our engagement.
We work on retainer as a fractional Head of AI, in fixed-scope engagements with a money-back guarantee, and as half-day or full-day team workshops. The shape of the work depends on where you are and what you need next.
