Use Claude with your Entrata property data

What it does

1. Properties and units.Every property and unit, with availability, make-ready dates and market and effective rent, so occupancy comes back by property.
2. Leases.Status, move-in, move-out, notice and expiration dates, month-to-month terms and renewals, across the portfolio.
3. Residents and ledgers.Residents on each lease, their ledgers and balances, what's past due and by how long, payments, and leases in collections.
4. Leasing.Leads, their source and status, and applications, by property and date.
5. Maintenance and vendors.Work orders by status, priority and category, inspections, and vendor records and invoices.
6. Read-only.Claude can look things up and summarize. It can't change anything in Entrata.

Who can see what

Entrata gives the connector one API key for your company, limited to the properties your Entrata administrator chooses. Within that, we set which properties and data each person reaches, so a regional manager sees their region and accounting sees the ledgers.

How access works

1. Request access. Tell us your Claude plan and who on your team will use it, using the form below.
2. Entrata API access. Using Entrata's API takes an agreement between your company and Entrata, and terms vary. Your Entrata administrator then turns on access for the properties you choose. We confirm what applies to you before anything is set up.
3. Add it to Claude. A Team or Enterprise Owner adds the connector once in Organization settings. Each person then connects and signs in with an account we set up for them. On Pro and Max, you add it yourself.
4. We run it. We host and monitor your connector and update it when Entrata's API changes.
